Using Expansion Microscopy (ExM) to image developing zebrafish inner ear with high spatial resolution.
Aims:
• Validating the efficacy of the ExM protocol for zebrafish and identify its limits.
• Characterizing the inner ear with unprecedented resolution in situ at different developmental stages.
